Le gin Monkey 47 Barrel Cu<\/strong>t<\/strong> trouve ses origines dans la For\u00eat Noire. Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment dans le Palatinat, une r\u00e9gion du sud-ouest de l’Allemagne. C’est l\u00e0 que la marque s\u00e9lectionne ses f\u00fbts de bois de m\u00fbrier, toujours fabriqu\u00e9s de fa\u00e7on artisanale, et qui comptent parmi les plus parfum\u00e9s. D’une contenance de 110 litres, ils sont l\u00e9g\u00e8rement toast\u00e9s avant leur remplissage afin d’offrir des notes aromatiques additionnelles, puis conserv\u00e9s dans une grange construite en 1840 pour un vieillissement de 180 jours.
